PS5 breach, delirium and minions are unplayable

I can't play high density breaches on base ps5. Regardless of chosen character. It just stutters under 10 fps. Without even showing half of active things going on (like breach border, flames etc.)

Last few days I created minion character, reached endgame and even without breach I still have lag show. Delirium is out of the way (fog adds so much lag and visual clutter). I can't play breaches at all.
