Help with Cyclone Ancestral Commander

Hi

I'm new to POE (relatively -- only a couple hundred hours I think, which makes me very much a n00b still) and I always get to the end-game, almost cleared all maps, but I never know how to progress my character. I get resistances capped and other areas but then that's it.

I have an ancestral commander as per below

I can run tier 15's and 16's but not when they are corrupted 8 mods, i can still get one-shot and my goal is to run T17's with strongbox farming but there is no way I feel my build is handling that at the moment

Are there any kind fellow exiles out there that can help with any suggesstions with my build, what am i missing to get into 50m DPS and not 1.1m :( How can i survive one-shots better (or am i just to expect it), I'm at 90% phys reduction, capped res, etc.

I have a budget of around 13 Divs and 1100 chaos, so things like the obvious mageblood are currently out of reach :( Or is that my answer, farm up more divs and get mageblood :)

Any help is appreciated.
