The Black Knight removed from the game?

Hello, exiles, I started playing in February and I only saw The Black Knight once (in February 16 to be precise, because I even took a screenshot)



I have fully upgraded Kingsmarch and 6-slot map device, i farm only T16/T17 maps with full scarabs.
I play about 6+ hours a day every 2 days and i never see him again :/
What am i missing?

No hes not out, i meet him couple days ago. But seem to be that he is much rarer. Or maby bad side of RNG.
