Can't invite people to party

Idk if this is a bug, or if I'm doing something wrong, but ever since I finished the campaing on my 4th character a couple days ago, I can't invite people to my party. It just auto kicks them. I made a public party, and it does the same thing. This is getting pretty frustrating because it's hard to sell anything. I can join other parties with no issue, but I can't get people to join mine. Tried it on other characters that had no issues before, and they also can't. I checked all my settings and can't seem to find anything wrong. Anybody else having this issue, or know if I'm missing something? Am I supposed to do the tier 1 map that doryani gave me? Idk. Any info would help. Thanks!

This also randomly happens to me. Invite someone and the message shows up on the right showing them joining and instantly leaving. and then if you select their name again in the chat window it gives you the options to leave party instead of invite to party or warp to player but you can't actually warp.

most of the time when this happens, leaving the party and trying to invite them again will make it work normally. sometimes multiple invites will instantly kick them and there's no hope of them joining.

my invites still work normally a lot of the time. i don't know if it's a connection issue between certain servers or what. i connect to Washington DC.
