Will classic labyrinth enchantments for helmet,gloves,boots be ever back in game?

Most of the enchants did come back in the form of buffed gems.

GGG to the best of my knowledge has never stated they will bring them back, but they do hold on to all old content in reserve to bring an alternative back in the future. Running labrynths to get the old enchantments are gone and will never be back, but there have been several leagues that allow for enchanting gear.
