Why does GGG not ever respond or care about any player issue?

I get a random game crash during map, restart client and enter hideout. All my map portals are gone and I lost the 6 link that I had looted from my geomancer's incubator. 15 years later and this phrecia league feels buggier than regular settlers or settlers 2.0 reboot. The map instance crashed server-side, which is why the portals disappeared, you got disconnected (you were essentially located somewhere that no longer existed), and your loot was lost.

If you ever get a high-value item you really don’t want to lose, pick it up and then take a portal out of the instance. Anytime you change zone, you trigger a sync with the master servers in Texas and nothing prior to that can subsequently be lost. It’s not unlike manually saving in an old game.
