Will SSF Settlers and SSF Phrecia actually migrate to SSF?

It was rather annoying to see that SSF Necro Settlers did not in fact migrate at league end to SSF Settlers, instead it went to Standard Settlers.

My SSF Necro Settlers character migrated to SSF Settlers. This happened automatically a few days after the event ended. And yes, it seems there was no way to do a manual SSF migration.
