Crash Map City square T15

Hello, I'm crashing the CITY SQUARE map. I open it and when I enter the portal, the whole game closes while loading. I tried it with multiple types of maps. I opened a total of 5 maps. Each one did it. Has anyone else had this problem? My PC is i7 10700k / 32GB RAM / AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB, SSD 512 GB. Current drivers for everything.

If it only happens it City Square, you're most likely dealing with corrupted/missing files or hardware issues. Start with going to the client log folder and see if there's anything in there at the time of the each crash. If it is consistently happening, there should be the same text regarding the crash for each one.

Assuming it does mention anything about file issues, start with Pack Check/Steam Integrity to try and find the missing files. If that doesn't help, you may need to try a full reinstall and make sure to delete any lingering files if necessary. Usually one of those two fixes most corruption/file issues.

If it is more hardware related, could be a number of things. I'd say start with Event Manager and see if there are any errors at the time of each crash. Could be some specific texture your hardware/OS just says no and closes the game. If event manager doesn't point to anything, I'd lean towards messing with settings in-game and then on the GPU until something clicks.

Fingers crossed it is just a file issue.
