AUDIO CHANGES = Game crashes

If I unplug my audio headset or DAC the game crashes.

If I edit ANY of the elements in the game Options -> Sounds, the game crashes.

I've updated all my drivers, set my DAC to DEFAULT Audio, verified game files, ran game as administrator, gave the --softwareaudio parameter in the steam run commands.

Please help.

Also while playing the game for about an hour my audio gets VERY fuzzy to where I have to re-plug my DAC in (game crashes here).

Any other game I have no issues.
