Kirac missions

I have been running maps for weeks now and every time i go to kirac there is always maps with mission to run. Now I think I messed something up. He no longer has any maps or missions to do. And from the 1st nap I ran he always had multiple options

There is only a 2-4% base chance of getting a Kirac mission after completing a map. If you run out of missions, he will not show you anything and you will need to run more maps to receive a mission. And based on the tier of the map you complete when the mission procs, he will give you a either a white, yellow, or red tier mission to run.

If you're playing in Settlers, there are atlas passive to increase that chance.
If you're playing in Phrecia, there are idols to do that.
There is also a beastcraft to get 5 missions, but a bit more complicated to do that.
