Chance for additional reward chests from blight bosses does not work

Hey, so i have 108% chance to get an additional reward chest when a blight boss is defeated, and i have tried for some maps now to get to work, i tried forcing them with the scarab and natural spawning bosses, nothing seems to work.

my bug reference number is 2.282.367.069.
