Purchase of Waypoint skins not working

I purchased the skin Tinker's Waypoint. It also says 'Already owned' if I try to buy it again. But when I go to cosmetic , portals, it is not listed in my portals. So there's not way of me changing to this purchased portal.
I buy portal, but not getting product. Last bumped on Mar 8, 2025, 8:02:24 AM

This is a skin for the stationary portal in Hideout. You can find it in the Hideout decorations.
