Ritual problem - Can't defer

The ritual item cannot be deferred. Even if I press hold, it just gets released.

but I asked my other guild members to take the same idol and play, and they were able to defer it.

Even after removing all the idols and trying to revert the tribute defer cost back to its original state, the defer still doesn't work

Is there anyone who knows why this problem happened??
