HAVENT RECEIVED MY LIBERATOR OF WRAECLAST SUPPORTER Pack

As TITLE, I purchased the LIBERATOR OF WRAECLAST SUPPORTER PACK on January 16th of this year and also paid the shipping fee for delivery to my designated location. I have attached proof of payment below. However, to these day, I havent yet to receive the physical items.

I have attempted to send multiple emails to customer support, but since January 23rd, I have not received any response from them. If GGG is unable to ship the physical item to me, Please issue a refund immediately and do not waste my time.

Waiting this long without receiving my order has left me very disappointed with your company.
