Guild Leader Status Issue - PS5

To whom it may concern. I have had an issue after guild leadership was transferred back to myself. I can't promote/demote or do any guild changes since linking my PC and PS5 accounts. My accounts are splcoli1076#9740 and bundicus#6007. I also have removed only tabs when I log into the PC version of the game. If this could be handled in a timely manner I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
