Account still locked, offical costumer support agent complain
My Account "omolos#6980" got hacked in December and I e-mailed Support.
After waiting for WEEKS my account suddenly got locked (?why after 3 weeks and me myself reporting i got hacked? I already said in the email that i will change my pw and stuff, i had full acceess to my account, only lost some items) But i got email response and a verification process started. This Verification process was on a daily base asking every day for something new. (not sure why it has to be on a daily base and 1 question each day only, but ok) After a week of answering questions for the verification the communication stopped. No response since that. I want offically complain about my Customer Support Agent! Its now a MONTH since i did the verification and i got no aswer and my account is still locked. This is outrages! I would never have expected to be treated that way! The hackers stole some items and some divines, BUT YOU stole my account! Is this even legal? At what point do i have to contact Consumer Protection if interacting with your costumer support has zero effect? Not to mention that there was a data leak i never got personally informed by and only heard it on some random dudes stream interviewing you guys? Interacting with your support is a worse experiance than getting all my stuff stolen. I will for sure never again contact support if anything happends to me. The treatment of your costumers is simply outrages, i played the game for thousends of hours, payed hundreds of dollers, and the one time i needed something you make it a nightmare come true. Where do i have to go to get help? I just want my Account to get unlocked again and i did everything thats necessary, and i was patient! At this point i just feel misstreaded beyond the point that is excusable! I need help from someone who can look into this case, and please dont tell me to wait and be patient because we are beyond that point, i did my part of waiting, i did my part of verifying and i did my part of waiting again! I understand there are thousands of Support Requests, but it was my turn already, i did wait for response, how can it be that i have to wait again?
How can it be that people from December are still open cases in your support? I did everything, all there was to do is to "press the unlock button" If that takes months again, im not suprised that there are that many open support tickets, because nobody is finishing them! And since there is only silent treatment from the support agent how do i know there is anything more going on, how do i know im not just waiting and nothing will ever happen, to a point where i have to redo everything and wait for months again? Im not here for apologies im here for solutions! Please! |
