Does any one work in the support?
As title says I've tried contacting support since Jan 6th about my t shirt and hoodie with no response or any thing. Haven't recieved either item. Guess I'm just supposed to accept it?

My guess is you'll get some thread and needles in the mail and they'll close the case.

" It took them about 2 months for them to resolve my issue. I have my issues with the game but this, I feel, it's legitimately a case of having an overwhelming amount of emails to go through. Stay patient & don't send another email as it puts you to the back of the line again. If you cross into the 4 month time frame - then maybe at that point I would try again. But for the time being, 2-3 months seems like a normal waiting time. |

Dang well thanks for the replies. Guess I'll just wait and see what happens. Sucks I paid 240 dollars and can't even get an email regarding the shipment. Feels bad
