PS5 Log in issue inside the game

Hi, I am able to log into my ps5 account from my macbook and other devices however, I am not able to log into my account through the POE website option within game.

I am trying to delete my guild and that option also does not show up within ps5. Please contact me to assist. This is very frustrated as I'm almost done act 3.

It would be great if you guys create a leave guild button or be able to manage the guild within the game rather than being outsourced to online website, it's a hassle and counterproductive.
