Made a purchase, it went to the wrong account

Hello,
I purchased the Lord of Ogham supporter pack about two weeks ago. I'm a returning player from about 10 years ago that I last played. I think because of this, I somehow ended up with two different, merged accounts. The purchase that I made accidentally went to the wrong account, the one that I have never used at all. The autumn cloak thing from the recent Twitch promotion also went to the wrong account. Over the past two weeks I have sent three separate emails to the Grinding Gear Games support staff, and I haven't had any correspondence back, through email or on the website. I understand that the support staff must be very busy, but I'm getting frustrated that there hasn't been any communication whatsoever in this amount of time. The friend who convinced me to start playing again said that GGG support is known to be very good, however. Has anyone else had a problem like mine that got fixed? Has it likely just not been enough time for them to get to it yet, or am I screwed? Thanks in advance for any help. Last bumped on Mar 5, 2025, 9:01:54 PM

Yikes, yeah the more I play PoE the more I see that GGG doesn't care very much. Unrelated to this problem but I discovered a glitch in the game and when I looked it up, there are MANY posts about this exact same glitch stretching back 4+ years. You'd think by now *maybe* they could get around to fixing it. The Lost Expedition quest is soft locked I guess.
