Support ignored me
I need support with my ps5 account, I'm sending emails from 15 Feb one respond and then nothing at all.

Dude, they have completely checked out on support. I have been waiting since January, and reading through here, there are those who have been waiting since december.
GGG acknowledged they dropped the ball, which was nice i guess. But I didnt know they decided to not pick it back up. |

This is ridiculous, I've brought the game and I cannot buy, sell items, I cannot speak or game with other players etc. The game is basically unusable for me. Support should always be given in this aspect.

" You got muted? that's what it sounds like, more than once if you still can't do this (mutes double with each infraction) FYI support is queue based, you are not more special than anyone else in the queue so you'll wait until it is your turn. If you have sent them a mail, wait for their response, do not send anything else until they reply back (probably with questions) answer them, and wait. Any excess mail to try bump your ticket and be seen more quickly results in your ticked being removed from the queue, updated, and placed at the back of the queue each time you do. Ancestral Bond. Knowing there are people out there who received response from support in less than 1 day, I do think I'm pretty special for GGG… I had a problem since the release of this game and I made my first contact with them on Dec 14th. Yet I'm still waiting.
