Charged me Shipping?But tell me I opt'd out of Pack?

Edit- I just Looked at the E-Mails. Bought the upgrade Jan 16th. Emailed Support Feb 7th. Just recieved reply today.

Moved me to PoE 1 feedback and suggestions? This has nothing to do with PoE 1 its about PoE 2
