Support Issue & Account Locked

At which point, as a company that made millions out of the product that people paid for, will be able to resolve the issue of not being able to solve the simple issue of people not being able to use the product they paid for?

Just imagine yourself, whoever gonna reply this post with generic bot message. You paid for something as high as 480USD + other spending to prior and got locked out of the product for 2 MONTHS now. And the company is like, "Hey we will get back to you. Hahaha, just kidding, we gonna make a race for Streamers since normal people are locked anyway."

Don't you guys think, at this point, it is becoming a fraud?

2 MONTHS. No response. 2 MONTHS. =)
