Game crashes when selecting character in Phrecia event

My game keeps crashing when i select my character in phrecia event, i beat piety in the crematorium, logged out and now whenever i select that character it just crashes the game, this is the second character it has happened on, my first one did the same thing so i waited a few days but still crashing, deleted it and made a new, only for the same thing to happen, i can select any other character from a different league and even make a new one, i just cant log in to this character because like i said it just crashes the game, i really dont want to make another character only for it do the same thing again, i know its only act 3 but i dont want to play the same 3 acts over and over.

Any help would be appreciated, i really wanted to try the event after not playing for a few months.
