Scavenger's Doomfletch passive not working

playing glacial hammer scavenger, however, the doomfletch passive appears to be doing nothing since it should be giving me some lightning damage, and unspeccing the passive doesn't change my dps.

Doomfletch's modifier isn't reflected in DPS calculations, even for the unique item itself.

This may be because the item's original modifier granted damage "of a random element"; since the chosen element wasn't chosen until attacking, the elemental damage wasn't calculated until hitting the enemy.
