PoE needs a small shift in the early endgame

I have been thinking about this a while, and I feel the Uber voidstone and the progression of the atlas quests for maven and the eater/searing bosses could use some changes.

I think the atlas quests should start 1 tier earlier for all 3. This would get that questline started and could allow each tier of map to be useful, instead of skipping around some.

The uber voidstone, I feel, should be granted earlier. Not from uber or non-uber. Just have the Maven gift one after the first fight during her questline. This would ease the players into the latter half of the endgame, and smooth out map sustain without relying completely on the atlas passives for them, and still needing outside resources and trade to keep it going.

Shaper, Elder, and Sirus can be done differently entirely.
I like the influence crafting that searing and eater offer, and would have hoped the conqueror's joined in the same way, however, their old system was left as it was.
