Latency issues, not sure where the issue is, winmtr included.

For the last week or so, I pretty much can't play in the evenings.
Latency does rapid spikes, up and down, non-stop.

Hoping someone can take a peek and give me an idea of where the problem might be.

You have extreme latency between your router and ISP, and then packet drops. Your route also goes via twelve99.net which has had some issues.

First thing is to do a full power cycle of your router and see if that improves the situation.
