People says the game is boring, but they are wrong on the reason imo
You can play 10000 hours of wow, doing the same dungeon again and again
You can do rifts in d3 for 1000 hours You can do the same map in COD for 1 year. Never felt bored The problem in POE2 is that the gameplay is astonishing boring and absent. From level 1 to lvl 100, ennemies run at you and auto attack, nothing to dodge nothing to care nothing to do, just back ped and spam attack. I never seen a game with so much abyssal lack of ennemi paterns and effort to make gameplay interesting In more than 10 years, the best GGG can do is "add ice/fire/electric to attack? And the same sh.tty aoe fire/ice/lightning? There is absolutly 0 difference between your campaign map at lvl 10, and your end game map. God and you call this next gen ARPG ? I feel absolutly ashamed for GGG to put so low effort of creating something interesting. They took the exact same thing that we was having in poe1 and the gameplay was the most blend gameplay i ever seen, and they just done the exact same thing. you enter a map and you shoot at dummies that run at you like zombies (and creating a race where only 6 person got a reward) Last edited by Djul_b#7973 on Mar 2, 2025, 1:58:03 PM Last bumped on Mar 2, 2025, 2:57:27 PM

The biggest problem in the game is that you can't play SSF and have fun.
The itemization is really, really bad from lvl 1 to lvl 100. There are very few skills but that is expected to be added with time, itemization tho... if its bad now, it will be bad 2 years in the future. |

when you look at the sorceress.
Fire bolt, ice bolt, lightning bolt. fire orb, ice orb, lightning orb. Fire wall, ice wall...... ah no llightning wall. take the monk, all spells got same animation. one does blue color, other red color, or green. Its realy a pitty Every one says its the next gen thing, but plz, the only thing i see is nice graphics. All others thing are at least 10 years old. free mobile games have more spells Last edited by Djul_b#7973 on Mar 2, 2025, 2:17:52 PM

The saddest thing is that the author is actually right.
Yes, the game has improved in many, many ways. But also too much has remained so backward that... the author is set to be right. |
