Insane packet lost

Hi I need help with huge packet lost in PoE 1. Since I came back from PoE 2 I see huge packet lost in PoE 1, it keeps teleporting me back, my mines are thrown from different place then my character is etc. I also died so many times because I got teleported to some spell or I was dodging spells but my hitbox stayed where I was. Iam trying to run sanctum and I failed like 30% of my runs because I got hitted somewhere I wasnt even standing

Do this when you're experiencing issues in game. Make sure you select the correct instance server/connection.
