Crashing Act 6 - Beacon Legacy of Phrecia

My game has been crashing in loading screens and in towns. It has also reached a point where I can no longer progress through the campaign. I get to the quest to move the fuel tanks in Beacon at act 6 and it crashes once i get to the fuel tanks. I've tried verifying files, uninstalling windows updates, changing settings, reinstalling drivers and removing all MTX on my character. Nothing is working and I'm curious if anyone else is having these issues and if they were able to resolve them.
