ES boosts not applied to Eldritch Battery

The #% Increased Energy Shield from equipped focus DOES NOT apply when using Eldritch Battery notable, but #% Increased maximum Energy Shield on an amulet does. The Eldritch Battery description says "Converts ALL Energy Shield to mana" so why not buffs from jewels?

You're right it doesn't work. It was the +mana and +int on the amulet.
