Unplayable stuttering/freezing

This game has potential but only if it is playable. Currently I have an I7 and Nvidia 4080 and it is an intermittent and constant stuttering/freezing while playing. I can play Diablo 4, WoW, AoM Retold, etc. with few problems. This is a constant issue. Please help, I would like for this game to be great and to be able to recommend it to others but that is not going to happen if it isn't playable.

Try this:
Right click your desktop. select display settings. scroll down to graphics. From the list of apps select PoE. Select your GPU from the drop down list.
Afterwards, when at title screen in PoE, select options. Make sure that DirectX 12 is selected. This should help!
