Bog Shaman's Rotten Core not Triggering with Eldritch Battery

When using Eldritch Battery (using through Devouring Diadem if that matters), Rotten Core does not trigger as long as there is energy shield. The expected behavior is that Rotten Core triggers the effects.

Additionally, this same behavior occurs with Manaforged Arrows where the arrows do not trigger if Eldritch Battery.
