Unable to upgrade supporter pack to Liberator

Purchased Warlord of Karui for PoE2 keys then proceeded to purchase another EA supporter pack.
Decided to just upgrade to Liberator for even more EA codes but found out site only allows upgrade from EA supporter instead of being able to choose either unlike in-game of PoE2. Sent a ticket during December and another during February with screenshots included but had gotten no response so far. Anyone else facing same/similar issue and/or have found a way for it to work?
