Remove or improve Monster reflects certain ailments

This is an instant death when fighting monsters. These mobs are usually mixed in with a bunch of other similar mobs. I had to hover over a bunch of mobs before finding it.
Then I just run past that group of mobs and 3 groups later another group of them. Feels bad losing 10% experience when you insta-kill yourself on a random mob.

1. it should tell the player what element the mob reflects
2. it should be incredibly visible that if you attack the mob you are about to kill yourself. Huge elemental circle or shield symbol (cold, fire, lightning, phys, etc) around it so you can easily see it.
