They must increase the (Fov) is the Field of View distance)
It can't be that when you face certain bosses you lose sight of them because you don't have an adequate FOV range when players who have an Ultra Wide 21:9 monitor do have a larger field of view and those who have a 16:9 have a smaller field of view, these are the majority... and I'm not asking for anything crazy, several well-known games have the option to greatly increase the field of view, leaving it at the same distance or more than an Ultra Wide 21:9 Monitor.
The other criticism is that several players pay to use an external program to the game that increases the panoramic range: Poe's FOV 2 and Poe's 1... this is playing with an advantage against those who don't use it. ![]() Last bumped on Feb 28, 2025, 1:55:46 PM

What you can do manually is changing the resolution when in fullscreen. If you have 1440p normall go 2560 to 1080. You will black bars, but u get the ultra wide fov.

" If this is what I’ve been doing for years in games where I want to have a larger FOV, you can create a manual resolution say 1920x900 or less: +fov then you can remove the black bars by using the fullscreen graphics driver but it looks a bit blurrier and with the black bars you keep the original created resolution looking as it should or in windowed mode by increasing the size of the windows taskbar and maximizing the window but this shouldn’t have to be done, the game itself has to add like 30 or 40% more FOV.. it’s ridiculous to lose sight of the boss in a game that has a top down view. |
