A number of 2 player bosses are badly balanced

There are several bosses that are far more dangerous in 2 player than one player to the point of being road blocks.

I cannot name all of them off hand, but the biggest example I can think of is Azarian in act 2, the burning floor may be ok in one player, but with 2 players there is not really enough places to move for both players to be safe and the entire arena gets filled up with fire long before the end of the fight(this is likely due to a timer on the boss filling the area with fire, but the issue is he has way more health in two player).

One player boss balance is solid, but two player tends to either be easy or almost impossible.
