BUG - +25% critical strike chance passive not working

After selecting to add the +25% critical strike chance to my passive skill tree twice it seems my critical strike chance is still at around 15% when viewing my character information.

There are no passives that would grant +25% Critical Strike Chance.

The passives you allocate grant 25% increased Critical Strike Chance. All sources of increased crit chance you have are added together, with the sum serving as a multiplier to your weapon's crit chance for attacks, or the skill's crit chance for spells.

Your bow has a crit chance of 6.65%, so you'd need around 130% increased crit chance total for attacks to have ~15% crit chance.
6.65 * (1 + 1.3) ~= 15.3
