4x Quad stash tabs - not showing on account

Contacted support for over 2 weeks now and thry don't give a single response. Spent $50 on it and still do not have the tabs.
Anyone else have this issue? I have poe 2 on PS5 and PC. Last bumped on Feb 28, 2025, 8:40:26 AM

Hi thank you for getting back. It has been 3 weeks now so it's a bit concerning. Also, my original email i sent someone did respond but they never got back to me after the received my in game information. So 3 weeks later I'm posting here so someone can at least help provide some type of resolution since the tabs are not cheap at $50 is a lot to throw away essentially at least until this is resolved.
