Someone please explain this - Different prices in packs in-game and website

Anyone have any idea why it costs $240 USD in game to upgrade and only $105 USD on the website?

ALSO, on the website, you get 4800 points but in game it only offers 2400. What is going on!?

EDIT: I figured out what's going on. It's knocking the price down on the website because of previous points I've purchased, however, it doesn't seem to be doing this for me in-game. Why?! I have money in my steam wallet to use but now it will cost MORE if I upgrade in-game, making the money in my steam wallet USELESS. Why is this a thing!?

The website is including eligible plain Point Packs towards the upgrade, which further reduces the cost of the upgrade in exchange for receiving fewer points at the time of the upgrade. You can see these listed at the top right and the amount of points you'd get is shown below (1050).

The other upgrade is only including the previous tier Supporter Pack (the Warlord of the Karui) hence the different upgrade price, but it would also come with more points as a result (2400) as shown.

I hope this clarifies things! If you'd like to make an upgrade using some different combination of eligible packs than what is available automatically through the shopfronts, please contact our team at support@grindinggear.com and we'll be happy to look into options with you!
Thank you JC_GGG, looks like we posted at the same time lol. It should be the same factor in-game. As I mentioned in my edit, the funds in my steam wallet are now useless because it would cost me way more to purchase the upgrade in-game. Can this please be fixed for players?
The in-game shop isn't always able to properly account for plain Point Pack purchases. However, we may be able to arrange for a manual upgrade for you if you'd like to make your purchase via Steam Wallet. Please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into your options!

We are currently handling a very large volume of requests at this time, so be assured that we'll get back to you as soon as we are able to do so.
Thanks JC_GGG, really appreciate the fast response! I'll contact support for an arrangement :)
