Something about Blight isn't working right

Scarab of the Blightheart is definitely bugged right now. Seems to be deleting items or something, its loot explosion from a 10 portal map and multiple bosses consisted of a few 40 stack wisdom scrolls and tons of common gear with almost nothing getting past a strict loot filter.

I ran it for quite a few maps and I never saw a pay out and im rather scaled into blight right now along with this being t16 maps. In fact removing the scarab and suddenly im seeing better rewards and on the pump and in general.

I'll also say Blights rewards are incredibly scuffed with idols. I suspect too much has been put into blight maps which you cant scale via idols while there isn't much for actual blighting in maps despite all the power we can use to pump up blight I have at best 4 black oils and 2 opals after dozens of maps with roughly 8x value on oils. If I take out the profits from blighted map drops despite having an idol system fully speced to blight and running scarabs for it I've seen more profits on boss kills and random unjuiced strongboxes than from blight.
