Urgent Issue – Purchased In-Game Currency Not Credited
I need assistance with an issue where the purchased in-game currency has not been credited to my game account.
On February 11, 2025, I purchased additional in-game currency from the PS5 store. I have already provided the purchase record and relevant details via email to your support team. However, it has been over 10 days (as of February 27), and the issue remains unresolved. Could you please resolve this as soon as possible? Do you have the ability to fix this? If you want my advice just call Sony right away for any purchased on PS. It took them 1 month and 3 days to response my email and to say that they can do nothing about any purchased done on PS and that you have to contact Sony. I call Sony and no refund for me because it was 1 month ago. I just don't even know why they can even respond you here to call Sony. They will respond you in a fews week and you will not be able to have refunds with Sony. Wanna get tasted by my scythe !?
