PoE Playable for every Player and for 100% of the Game
Dear Ladies and Gentlemans.
The game Path of Exile needs some adjustments. It is very questionable that average players can only play the beginning of the Atlas. Personally, I have everything at maximum and can hardly change anything. Nevertheless, I can just about manage maps up to level 10. I have already spent a lot of time with the game and see no way to improve my build. On the contrary, with some opponents I am one-hit for no apparent reason. The point cannot be to only be able to play special builds. Therefore, the majority of players should be able to play the game 100%. Considering that the Atlas has 4 levels, it is not right that you can't get any further at level 1 and map level 10. Even though the resistances are at maximum, the life is almost 3000, the energy shield is 2500 and the equipment and gems are at maximum. Otherwise I will unfortunately be forced to recommend another alternative to other players... although I like the gameplay of PoE. (And yes, i have tried different things. Recreate Builds... but i think that the game should be 100% usable for every Player... professionels and casual players.) Kind regards Last bumped on Feb 26, 2025, 5:36:56 PM

It’s only early access, when the game launches in a few years I’m sure there will be more viable builds.
I don’t necessarily agree that all content should be accessible to all players. Having that top tier chase gives an incentive to keep playing and improve. WoW went to shit right around the time they added casual mode raids. |

For players who ONLY play PoE, there could be a mode that can only be completed by such players. (Such a mode is already being planned) Therefore, it would make sense if every player could use the game 100%. No developer wants to develop their game for just a handful of players, but for as many players as possible.
Therefore, it is pointless if the game is only made more accessible for casual players or new players in a few years. By then, most players will have left. best regards | |
" It doesn't apply to Games as a Service. They need time-sinking mechanics to retain as much players as they can. Making a hard-gated content, be it through grinding or through required "player-skill", is one of those ways, and its effect is a "chase" content accessible just for some players. |
