[Feature] Map Tab should utilize regex to Sort or Mark

Current Usage
Currently, one can use regex to search for certain affix on waystones and then manually move them to certain tabs. This can also be automated somewhat using AHK etc.

Example regex:

"

"\+(5|6)\d\d%" = look for waystone drops with 5-600%
"chilled|shocking|weakness" = look for afflictions I don't want

Desired Feature(s)
It would be nice to be able to "save" these regex in the map tab and utilize them to either:

1. Mark/highlight (such as how Omens change border color when activated)
2. Auto-sort into tabs based on regex (first matching tab wins)
