Enemies Attacking Player Offscreen

Usually not a problem, currently using a level 86 Ranger on endgame maps. I got 1 shotted by corpse explosion from an enemy I couldn't see. I wasn't looking at my character directly and it didn't help that the curse was under the grass on a red tinted map. Enemies shouldn't be able to cast curse offscreen like that.

When Diablo 2 Resurrected was first being worked on, the first thing the developers did was focus on modernizing the resolution while balancing the enemies line of sight accordingly.

Guys, don't take this the wrong way I'm still enjoying POE2 but I have to stop from time to time and post my experience. There is no reason for enemies to be attacking Players offscreen even if the enemy is aware of the Player.

Yes. One mob in particular comes to mind. Those tribal Shamans from the Act 3 zone where you pull many levers in the aqueduct. Their corpse explode ability can be cast way offscreen.

Hopefully they get a balance adjustment like those other mages that used to offscreen with meteors before balance pass.
