Betrayal Scarab of Intelligence not working properly

Interrogating rank 3 members doesnt give the correct amount of intelligence, it gives 1/3 of the ammount if is a captain, and 1/9 of the amount if is a normal member.

Example: Interrogating captain Elreon Rank 3 should give 48 intelligence per turn on the safehouse, instead, he gives 16 per turn.

Interrogating It That Fled Rank 3 (Member) should give 36 intelligence per turn, instead, it gives 4 int per turn.
