Initially, I thought the issue was with my bank, but they have confirmed that the payment has been processed and you have received the funds.

This situation is unacceptable. I expected to be able to enjoy the game I purchased without any delays. I urge you to resolve this matter immediately. Please provide me with a prompt response and assistance in accessing the game I paid for.

i contacted the support, and ggg sent me a reply after over a month, Logan said "it will be refunded." but it didn't happen.
