How many time take receive a response from support and accounts locked??

i read people have waiting 6 weeks and 2 months.... my friend buy the game and fundator pack hours before been locked.. if he must wait 2 months for receive a response i think he make refund and try to recovery the money... if anyone can give a response, my friend can read this and make a deicision overall this strange situation.

send one mail and wait for a reply, if they ask some security questions answer them then wait, it'll take as long as it takes as there is a queue and your friend is no more special that anyone else in it, FYI and mail outside what was asked for will reset your position in the queue.

and why the accounts are bloqued?? is automatic when many people report you or mmanual?
