Shader/Effect bug in Act 5 The Coast [228,768,290]

Vulkan renderer, Windows 10.

Multiple 'tiles' in the area cause a grey pane to render over most of the game. Running further into the zone caused it to begin flickering very badly, and the bug cleared after a number of tiles past the bugged one(s).
