Did anyone read the support mail we sent?

my email got hacked and the hacker changed my pathofexile email to his email. i send a mail to support@grindinggear.com and ask to help. i never use a mail to login my account anyway my account linked by my steam. anyway they steal every divine, mb, hh, etc on standart league so i dont really care i dont play standart league. this is the answer i got from support team
[Removed by Support] i was allready secure my computer before i sended an email thanks for locking my account before ask me. and its been over a 1 month my account is locked i cant get any reply from support team and i cant play game over a 1 month. and I'm pretty sure the support team didn't read my email properly. they ask me to change my path of exile account password. but im complaining about my email address was changed by someone else and so i dont have access to that email. what happen if you try to change a password? you get an email. so when i try to change my password hacker got an email not me. how can i change my password in this condition. when my email got hacked i lose every acount i have. instagram, facebook, twitter even league of legends and my least worry is about path of exile beacuse its linked with my steam account i bought this game (poe2) on steam so i was thinking they cant steal that account. but i got back every account i have except path of exile. i try to support this game I bought shit ton of suppporter pack countless microtransactions 3x poe 2 early access for me and friends. when i need support from GGG they didnt even read my email shame on you guys Last edited by CoryA_GGG#0000 on Feb 26, 2025, 5:15:23 AM Last bumped on Feb 26, 2025, 1:10:57 PM

well im seeing allmost the same respond to under every post so thank you GGG bot but we need to get things little bit faster you know. cause im a costumer and i allready wait over a 1 month. so is there any actual gamemaster to read my post and help me ?
