Still no response or fix for microtransaction

It's now been over a week since my initial issue of not receiving currency from the store. I sent an email to GGG but only received an automatic reply-like response asking me to provide my ID and so on. I replied to the email and sent another one with the purchase information again, but no response came after several days. Its probably not a big deal to some but it's $50 of my money, I feel like I shouldn't have to chase this up with such effort. I have posted in this forum once and received an automated reply. This is starting to become quite the unpleasant experience.
